Currently, I have non-matching titlebar/chrome for about 10 apps on my system. To get them to match, I'd have to perform 260 actions with keyboard and mouse using three separate dialogs. With the proposed manual method, it'd be max 50 actions using one dialog (one could optimize it down to 20). So I'd say the proposed manual method would make matching at least doable for the user.
