Sorry for the problem you have with Kdenlive. Unfortunately, the link in
download is set as “stable” whereas the Windows version 18.12.0 is not
complete: https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=269&t=156331
Please use version 18.08.2 until begin of next week.
