SUMMARY
Custom keyboard shortcuts does not work for many programs (software). Because
it is closed-source??
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a keybinding in custom shortcuts in plasma 5. For example, ctrl+j will
send right-arrow. (action is: 'right').
2. Install jetbrains IDEs. For example 'Intellij Idea'
3. Try to use it there. Won't work. works other places though.
