STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just open fits file within kstars

FITSIO status = 104: could not open the named file
failed to find or open the following file: (ffopen)
/home/seb/T�l�chargements/new-image.fits
org.kde.kstars.fits: "Could not open file
/home/seb/Téléchargements/new-image.fits. Error could not open the named file"
