Update button isn't available from Plasma Discover
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma Discover when update is available
2. Go to update tab
3. Update button won't change to available
OBSERVED RESULT
No available option for upgrade.
EXPECTED RESULT
Available update all button.
