SUMMARY
Using a Samsung Galaxy watch I can control media perfectly on youtube, netflix,
spotify etc. but if If I'm playing something on my laptop and KDE connect has
the media control, I can't control media with my smartwatch
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure media is playing in your OS
2. Ensure KDE connect is hooked with media playback and can control with phone
3. Attempt to pause or skip media with Galaxy Watch.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens at all
EXPECTED RESULT
Media controls function as the media applet would allow

I have only tested on Galaxy watch, unsure if works on others.
