SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. switch to fullscreen RDP connection instance
2. minimize it from drop down menu
3. maximize it from plasma task panel
4. drop down menu and fullscreen are gone.. only you have is classic window
manager borders..

i want to see drop down menu again after maximize
