Originally reported as Kaffeine bug - Bug ID 400815
Having recently installed Neon 18.04, kaffeine no longer recognises the
existence of the tuner card - in fact the Start pane in kaffeine lacks the
'Digital TV' box and the 'Television' menu entry.
Response to Bug ID 400815 is that this is a packaging bug - this version of
Kaffeine has been compiled without Digital TV support.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Neon 18.04
2. Install kaffeine from the Neon repos.
3. Start up kaffeine
OBSERVED RESULT
No 'Digital TV' box on Start panel and no 'Television' on menu bar.
EXPECTED RESULT
'Digital TV' box on Start panel and 'Television' option on menu bar.
