"Desktop Theme," is prepended to the localized string for zh_CN.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the launcher, in which the System Settings are listed.
2. Click "System Settings".
OBSERVED RESULT
"Desktop Theme,桌面主题" is displayed for the Desktop Theme module.
EXPECTED RESULT
"桌面主题" should be displayed for the Desktop Theme module.
