SUMMARY
I am using 3 keyboard layouts: English, Russian and Ukrainian. And the thing is
when switching policy is set as Application very often I am experiencing very
annoying anomaly: switching order start to work as if it would be only two
layouts - it starts to switch only between first and second layout: English -
Russian and again English again after Russian although should be Ukrainian.
Also when it happens if to right mouse click on layouts indicator very strange
picture I see: please look in attachment. It is definitely a bug because if I
have 3 layouts they should switch in usual order: 1st -> 2nd -> 3rd -> 1st...
and so on. But it becomes 1st -> 2nd -> 1st - 2nd and never switches to 3rd
layout. This reproduced not all the time but very often and it is very
annoying. I'm not sure exactly but it seems it happens only when Switching
Policy is set to Application.
