shortened descriptions
SUMMARY
In many positions of systemsettings (but I think that it's not this product
related) are shortened. I.e. in Desktop Behavior -> Workspace - Visual behavior
all descriptions are shortened to: "Display informational tooltips on mouse
h...", "Display visual feedback for status cha...", "Single-click to open files
and fol..." etc.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just start systemsettings
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54
Qt Version: 5.12
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug appears not only in systemsettings, but also in: splash screen, folder
view etc.
