SUMMARY
Newly added tags are not visible in "All Tags" in plasma 14.90.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add tag to a file
2. Refresh the folder if needed
3. Try to find the newly added tag in "All Tags" or "tags://"
OBSERVED RESULT
Newly added tags are not visible
EXPECTED RESULT
Newly added tags should be visible
