SUMMARY
If I pause a torrent and then reboot pc, when I open ktorrent again the paused
torrent starts
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. stop a torrent
2. reboot pc
3. open ktorrent again
OBSERVED RESULT
Paused torrent file starts like the other ones even if I had paused it
EXPECTED RESULT
torrent file should remain in pause even after pc reboot (like all other
bittorrent clients)
