SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a txt file in folder ~/mydir/myfile.txt
2. Click, New, copy/paste text into new file.
3. Click save
OBSERVED RESULT
File defaults to ~/, not the existing folder ~/mydir/
