With the color scheme option enabled to "apply effects to inactive windows", if
a window has a number of panels or panes (or whatever they're called), then
switching to an inactive window, e.g. by clicking its decoration, will not
cause all the text in its panels to regain its active color scheme. Only
selecting each and every panel/pane will cause it to regain its active color
scheme.
