SUMMARY
My connection tries to connect. Fails, then tries again and then connects just
fine.
This happens on every reboot
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into kde
2. wait
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Connection failed
Then connection automatically works
EXPECTED RESULT
Just works - works fine on another KDE neon machine and on other devices
