missing open
SUMMARY
"Open" is missing from right click menu.
This bug is in a certain way connected to the bug # 404105.
I think is started from Plasma 5.15.
Since the bug 404105 the "only way" to open .desktop files and folders etc. is
to press the return key.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click on a Desktop item.
OBSERVED RESULT
Open is missing
EXPECTED RESULT
As the previous version of Plasma/KDE Framework I don't know which one;
Bug # 404105 makes this more evident.
