SUMMARY
after update my l2tp/ipsec vpn doesnt work any more, tested on 2 systems
i also have a fortigate vpn and it works
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. update to last release kde neon 5.15
OBSERVED RESULT
it doesnt connect
EXPECTED RESULT
connect as before update
