SUMMARY
After updating to Plasma 5.15 and when using Icon View, headers from the KCM
you've just used can show up in the KCM you're currently using.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Plasma 5.15 and Icon View
2. Open e.g. Font Management and then Icons KCMs
OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
Only the current KCM's header is shown.
