STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run kexi app from flatpak (flatpak run org.kde.kexi)
OBSERVED RESULT
Error: missing breeze-icons.rcc even if installed:
"Could not open icon resource file breeze-icons.rcc.
KEXI will not start. Please check if it is properly installed."
EXPECTED RESULT
breeze-icons.rcc is found
