The setting "number of messages to show in the timeline" needs the following
improvements:
1. Apply the setting only to already read messages, keeping unread messages no
matter how many of those there are (or at least give that as an option)
2. Allow the number to be set to 0 (right now it has to be >= 1)
Asking because I'm not interested in seeing messages I already saw before
(point 2 above), but I certainly do not want my unread messages to vanish if I
need to restart choqok, for instance if I need to reboot my computer (point 1
above).
