1. rezise interface to make video playback larger and audio& video tracks
smaller
2. Open settings
3. Configure toolbars
4. OK
OBSERVED RESULT
Window interface resizes back to original aspect ratios
EXPECTED RESULT
Window interface should stay at resized aspect ratios
