A workaround:
If you add a 'Remove' service menu -
$HOME/.local/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus/remove.desktop:
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Service
Icon=edit-delete
ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin
MimeType=all/allfiles;inode/directory;
Actions=remove;
Encoding=UTF-8
X-KDE-Priority=TopLevel
[Desktop Action remove]
Type=Application
Name=Remove
Icon=edit-delete
Exec=rm -rf %F
then the KFind will show it: https://imgur.com/ODd2DPy
The servce menu will remove files and directories...
