Konqueror Settings
When starting konqueror via favorite or icon in the control panel, it failes to
start with a new (empty) page. Instead it continuously tries to load the page
"chrome-error://chromewebdata/".
According my settings, it should use "Webengine" and should start with an empty
page. Choosing an explicit other webpage is also ignored.
