Under the number representing the usage percentage, there are two histograms, a light blue one and a dark blue one. As far as I understand, they indicate the instantaneous and time average cpu usage, or some variation of these. The point is that since the cpu is running at constant load, they should overlap. If I toggle "Divide CPU usage by number of CPUs" then the lighter one is resized to 1/4 of its height and kinda overlaps with the darker one.
