Yes, as I said when you first posted the error, I assume that the illegal
instruction error means that it is trying to run code for a newer OS X version
on an older OS X version.  What I have done since 2017 is that I built on an
old El Capitan machine and then that works on everything.  But with the QT
change, I had to abandon that and start using the new script.  I am hoping that
we can get everything to run on the older machines with the right compiler
flags.  So far until now it has seemed to work very well with craft.  Yours is
the first issue I have seen with this.  The weird part is that I built on
Mojave, but I tested on Sierra and High Sierra and it seems to work fine.
