SUMMARY
When I run KDevelop with several files in session and every has comment
containing couple rows as first line then this first line is not folded.
When I open new file looking the same as I above described then first line is
folded correctly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set option: Configure KDevelop -> Editor -> Appearance -> Fold first line
2. open any session containing several files where each of them has comment
containing couple rows as first line
3. go on top to any of loaded file
OBSERVED RESULT
first line is not folded
EXPECTED RESULT
first line should be not folded
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: YES

Issue looks like regression.
