Essentially, the steps are 1) Open multiple applications until the listed applications in the panel are resizing 2) Close an application so they resize. It doesn't appear to happen consistently and I haven't noticed a pattern other than I think the panel items resize maybe, requiring a re-draw. Basically that Incorrect/Before image should show the VSCode application and not the Google Chrome browser page.
