SUMMARY
The display is blurry after waking up from sleep on NVIDIA hardware. This
doesn't happen on my laptop with Intel iGPU.
OBSERVED RESULT
Waking up from sleep causes the desktop to go out of focus. Wallpaper doesn't
seem to be affected, however.

I first noticed this with nvidia-driver-418, but downgrading to version 410
didn't fix it.
