In the console, I see messages like these every time it happens: Digikam::CollectionManager::locationForAlbumRootPath: Album root path not exist "/media/sshfs/box_ext/path/to/picture/library" Digikam::CollectionManager::locationForAlbumRootPath: Drive or network connection broken? And after a few seconds: Digikam::CollectionManager::updateLocations: location for "/media/sshfs/box_ext/path/to/picture/library" is available true (I can confirm that indeed, that path has been available all that time, albeit the access time latency can range from 100 to 250ms).
