you bought Krita in the Windows Store, see

-- you did not buy Krita from the Krita project, but from Microsoft.
As for the problems you have using Krita, it's pretty much impossible to figure
out what you actually mean from your report.
Does "does not save properly" mean you can save, but the results are not what
you're expecting? Or does it mean you cannot save at all?
Does "currently will not draw" mean it was possible for you to draw? Have you
perhaps created a small selection and are trying to draw outside the selection?
Do you have a drawing tablet, and if so, which one?
