STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set folder view layout to your desktop
2. download a file to your desktop with Opera browser
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
the file downloaded by Opera has no icon on desktop during download.
Dolphin shows the same file with icon.
See the screenshot please.
EXPECTED RESULT
both desktop and Dolphin show the same icon
during download.

desktop with folder view layout shows icon for files downloaded with Firefox
