Example of glow getting cut

Hi, I added a screenshot of my desktop and

1) Magnified the lower part to show how the glow is being cut. This also is
evident from your own example screenshots on the Github page:
https://camo.githubusercontent.com/f4d7db4cb05d6d9f46854e18fd602974b90c23b8/68747470733a2f2f63646e2e6b64652e6f72672f73637265656e73686f74732f6c617474652d646f636b2f6c617474652d646f636b5f726567756c61722e706e67

I understand this is up to personal taste. Thus only a feature request.

2) Show that in reverse mode with 100% background the dots also touch the upper
border. Which I personally find not appealing for the same reason.

3) I also added two photos that show my "additional" issue which makes my
problem far worse, that my Acer 43 L ET430K has this really annoying issue of
pixel at the border not showing if you look at them with a slight up/down
angle. Which (looking down) can't be avoided on a 43'' monitor. Custom padding
would solve this for me as well.
