Does this happen with any file/when you drag the file to any folder? I only
know of a confirmation dialog when dragging files to the trash and no
confirmation dialog pops up when moving a file from e.g. Downloads to Documents
in Dolphin 19.03.90. You can easily disable the "Move to trash?" dialog in
Settings->General->Confirmations.
