Clipboard is disabled on Wayland since GSConnect v21:

This was done to solve several performance problems caused by forcing XWayland
usage on Wayland, as well to address HiDPI bugs like #335 [1]. Clipboard
support under Wayland will just have to wait until a Wayland extension for
clipboard is supported.
