Scrolling the lists with one finger on a touchscreen is not possible
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kickoff
2. Go to Applications (or some other tab with long content)(
3. Move finger on touchscreen

Hover marker moves
EXPECTED RESULT
List scrolls
