SUMMARY
Whenever I press Ctrl or Shift files/folders are copied - not moved, always +
sign on drag and drop. Reproducible in all latest KDE versions.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Shift
2. Drag and drop files to another Dolphin Window and another disk drive (from
HDD to flash drive for ex.)
3. Files are copied - not moved
