SUMMARY
One of the things people might need to do is formatting their hard drive.
Since EXT4 will set the ownership of the formatted drive to root:root, the user
will need root access to do anything to the drive, such as adding new folders.
As far as I can tell, the only way to do this is through CLI, and most users
aren't used to that.
PolicyKit should be able to solve that, right?
