SUMMARY
New versions have been released on Git. Previously, Windows binaries were
available at http://kdiff3.sourceforge.net/ . The two newest versions are not
available for windows in a binary form.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to http://kdiff3.sourceforge.net/
2. The latest version available is 0.9.98 for windows.
3. Go to https://github.com/KDE/kdiff3/blob/master/ChangeLog
4. The latest version available from the source is 1.8.
OBSERVED RESULT
No newer binaries are available for windows.
EXPECTED RESULT
Newer binaries should be available for windows.
