STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install digikam 6.0.0 or 6.1.0 on Windows 10 (Windows 10 Pro)
2. Try to start digikam
OBSERVED RESULT
Error Message appears:
digikam.exe - Bad Image
C:\Program Files\digiKam\SDL2.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or
it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original
installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor
for support. Error status 0xc0000022.
Application does not start.
