When the budget overview is selected to be shown on the home view, the section
header is provided twice.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable budget on home view
2. Show home view
OBSERVED RESULT
Budget header appears twice.
EXPECTED RESULT
Budget header is shown only once.
