SUMMARY
On a Wayland session, I noticed that Kwin_wayland is running between 18 and 25%
CPU usage (a whole core) when Kmail is open (even minimized). Kmail and MySQL
also take a lot of CPU but that's probbly unrelated.

1. Open a Plasma Wayland session
2. Run Kmail
