SUMMARY
Application Dashboard Meta shortcut resets after restart / logout. To make it
work again, I have to:
1. Remove the Alt+F1 shortcut from Settings -> Shortcuts
2. Remove the Application Dashboard widget from the panel
3. Add the Application Dashboard widget back to the panel and set the shortcut
to Alt+F1 (in the Application Dashboard configuration)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Restart or logout
OBSERVED RESULT
Meta key does not open the Application Dashboard
EXPECTED RESULT
Meta key opens the Application Dashboard
