STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download breeze-icons tarball from https://github.com/KDE/breeze-icons
2. Try to open it with Ark, or select "Extract here" from contextual menu in
dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
Ark takes minutes to open the archive or extract the files, while from command
line a "unzip breeze-icons-master.zip" takes a couple of seconds.
EXPECTED RESULT
Ark should have the same performance of command line.
