SUMMARY
I downloaded some mp3 files into my existing music folder. The files are there,
they have ID3 tags, they even have an image in the id3-v2 tag. Elisa can open
these files but even after a restart of elisa removing the folder from the
configuration and readding it. The files are not in the library.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a folder to elisa
2. wait until scanned
3. close elisa
4. add new files to the folder
5. reopen elisa
6. rescan media (?)
OBSERVED RESULT
The newly added files are not in the library
