At last step of installing from live image ubiquity crashed with following
title:
Error restoring installed applications at installer
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run live image.
2. run "install user neon"
3. At last step of installation ubiquity get crashed.
OBSERVED RESULT
ubiquity get crashed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Installer continues and finish the installation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The issue is always there as long as no internet connection.
A similar issue ( the installer will not continue) appear in Kubuntu.
