If you turn off the visibility of the layer, and then press ctrl + s, the
program assumes that there have been no changes and the document is not saved.
The same happens if visibility is enabled. Causes certain inconveniences.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off the visibility of the layer (click on the eye)
2. Save the document
3. Document not saved

Document is saved
Information about the system in the attached file, but observed on other
computers and versions of krita.
