STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Systemsettings -> Input Devices -> Touchpad (touchpad KCM is missing
see screenshot1)
2. Now open Mouse and then Touchpad again (now touchpad KCM is there but greyed
out see screenshot2)
