STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. right click on its window decoration, hover over "More actions"
3. select "Window manager settings..."
OBSERVED RESULT
The Window Decorations kcm looks like what we can see in the attached
screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window size should be correctly adjusted
