SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search for "desktop effects" kcm using the apps launcher and open it
2. search for any effect, let's say "show fps"
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, the row overlaps the blue borders
EXPECTED RESULT
the row does not overlap the blue borders
